• According to U.N statistic there are between 143 million and 210 million orphans in the world 
• Everyday 5760 more children become orphans 
• Every 15 seconds, another child becomes an orphan in Africa 
• Orphans are often denied the right to education and grow up enable to write and read 
• UNICEF estimates that around 150 million children aged 5-14 in developing countries are involved in child labour, often working in dangerous conditions, sometimes in condition similar to slavery
